O meu dia de hoje grita por uma grande salada para o almoço, e o vosso?

Sou sincera que nunca fui muito amiga do aipo, mas decide voltar a tentar, e agora gostei muito do que provei.

Para a Salada de Espinafres, bem verde e apetitosa temos:

Aipo

Cebola

Espinafres

Agrião

Feijão encarnado

Tomate

Azeite

Vinagre

Sal

Esta é fácil, lavem, cortem e misturem tudo... fica fantástico, leve mas sacia! :) Acompanhem com cenoura e sumo de laranja natural!

Today, my day is screaming for a big fat salad for lunch, what about yours?

I'll be honest with you, I've never been a big fan of celery, but I decided to give it another try, and I really enjoyed what I ate this time.

For the Spinach Salad, very dark leafy green and yummy, we have:

Celery

Onion

Spinach

Watercress

Red Beans

Tomato

Olive Oil

Vinegar

Salt

This one is easier than cracking your fingers, wash, chop and mix everything together, there you go! ... it stays fantastic, light but very satiating! :) Eat it with a sweet carrot and some freshly squeezed orange juice!
