Cortem a banana às rodelas, a maçã em cubos pequenos e os morangos em laminas médias. Cortem as laranjas ao meio, e retirem o seu conteúdo sem estragar a casca. Vão precisar dela como podem ver na foto. É o que vai dar o toque especial a esta sobremesa! Ora portanto espremam um pouco a laranja com as mãos e cortem-nas em pedaços pequenos. Juntem o sumo de laranja e toda a fruta numa taça grande, juntem uns fios de geleia de agave e misturem tudo! Encham as metades de laranjas com este recheio e decorem com sementes de chia e folhas de hortelã! Fica tão bommmm :)</span><br />

Embora faça vento e chuva, ando numa onda de comer muitas saladas e aqui vai uma das receitas que fiz ultimamente. Adoro temperos apurados e fortes, não implicando estes serem muito complicados.</span><br />

Lavem e desinfectem a alface e o pepino. Cortem e preparem os últimos. Temperem com sal, azeite e vinagre. Acrescentem as sementes de cânhamo por cima. Descasquem as batatas e cortem. Temperem com azeite, vinagre, óregãos e alho picado. Cortem a bola de Mozarella (usei a do LIDL) e adicionem um fio de azeite, azeitonas verdes e sementes de sésamo. É um prato muito fácil e rápido de fazer. Bem leve, fresquinho e cheio de aromas e sabores!</span><br />

Escorram bem o feijão e passem por água para eliminar o resto do líquido onde ele vem. Juntem a folha de louro ao refogado e o tomate picadinho. Acrescentem o chouriço de soja às tiras, este vai dar um sabor muito parecido ao outro de carne (se não usarem também não há problema!! :) ). Deixem refogar em lume baixo para não queimar. Juntem os cominhos e o alho em pó e em seguida o feijão preto. Acrescentem um pouco de água e envolvam tudo. Temperem com um pouco de sal.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Noutro tacho alourem um dente de alho e umas tiras de cebola em azeite. Fritem o arroz neste refogado e acrescentem água e sal. Deixem cozinhar tudo.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Aguardem até o feijão estar molinho e ter absorvido os sabores todos! O arroz não deve ficar empapado.</span><br />

Adoro comida chinesa, especialmente os crepes e o famoso Chop Suey, para não falar do molho de soja, sopa de miso, etc... Sim sou fã, mas tenho pena que a maioria dos restaurantes acrescente sempre peixe ou carne aos pratos, contudo existe sempre um ou outro que me deixa feliz com a fantástica mistura chinesa de legumes salteados!<br />

Eu cá por casa fiz a minha versão, só faltaram os rebentos de bambu!<br />
<br />
Couve chinesa<br />
Cogumelos frescos<br />
Pimento vermelho<br />
Brócolos<br />
Cenoura<br />
Rebentos de Soja<br />
Almôndegas de Soja<br />
Miso de Arroz<br />
Molho de soja<br />
Gengibre Moído<br />
Óleo de Sésamo<br />
Alga Kombu<br />
Cebola<br />

Ora portanto, lavem bem os legumes, cortem a couve chinesa e a cenoura em juliana (tiras fininhas). Coloquem uma tira da alga kombu em água durante 15 minutos. Coloquem as bolinhas secas de soja em água durante meia hora. Cortem os cogumelos em fatias, os brócolos coloquem em pedaços pequenos para cozinharem mais rapidamente, os alhos laminados e cortem uma cebola em 4.<br />
Depois de demolharem as bolas de soja, acrescentem um pouco de molho de soja por cima destas e deixem absorver, depois cozam-nas durante 10 minutos em água sem sal e com uma pitada de alho em pó.<br />
Reguem a wok com óleo de sésamo e acrescentem o alho e cebola. Comecem a juntar todos os legumes. Numa taça coloquem uma colher de sopa de miso e dissolvam em água. Após dissolvido juntem à wok, mais uma colher de sobremesa de gengibre em pó, 2 colheres de sopa de molho de soja, pimenta preta e ervas aromáticas. Cortem a alga e acrescentem à mistura, juntem também os rebentos de soja e as almôndegas de soja. Tapem a wok em lume baixo e deixem cozinhar e suar!<br />
Acrescentem mais molho de soja se quiserem.<br />

Adoro os legumes de todas as maneiras imaginárias, mas quando me falam em brócolos, prefiro comer estes a vapor, ficam estaladiços e com um verde muito bonito, enfim, ficam bastante apetitosos! Mas não, não fui sempre fã de brócolos, aliás quando a minha mãe me apresentava um prato de brócolos, cenoura e peixe cozido, fazia uma bola daquilo na boca e deitava no guardanapo. Mas o palar mudou, e o que como também! </span><br />

<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Como sabem tornei-me vegetariana por volta de Outubro/Novembro do ano passado, foi uma transição pensada e consciente, de modo que estudei tudo para não ter carências de nada. Se há algo que odeio é estar mal informada, especialmente quando tenho acesso a qualquer informação que queira online, só à distância de um clique. </span><br />

Dependendo da temperatura, é cerca de uma hora. Cozinhem a quinoa.</span></div>

Drizzle some olive oil on top, salt, powdered garlic, thyme and some other herbs you enjoy. Splash some water on top and take it to the oven. Depending on the temperature, it takes about an hour. Cook the quinoa.</span></div>

Deixem alourar e juntem os espinafres e envolvam tudo. Tapem e cozinhem 5 minutos. Acrescentem o arroz e os coentros, misturem tudo bem e deixem cozinhar uns 2 minutos. Deitem água a ferver ou o caldo de legumes, e deixem tudo a ferver uns minutos, depois acrescentem o vinho e mexam muito bem. Tapem e deixem cozinhar até ficar um pouco de água. Depois apaguem o lume e deixem o arroz absorver tudo o resto.</span><br />

Let it cook a little and join in the spinach, stir it to fully involve the ingredients. Cover the pot and let it cook for 5 minutes. Add the rice and coriander, mix it all very well and cook for about 2 minutes. Pour boiling water of the vegetable stock in, and let it boil for some minutes, then add the white wine and stir everything very well. Cover and cook until there's very few water left, cut the heat, let it covered up so the rice absorbs the rest. </span><br />

Deixem cozinhar um pouco e juntem o resto dos legumes e vegetais devidamente lavados e cortados em pequenos pedaços. Acrescentem também o feijão e os temperos. Cozinha durante cerca de 8 minutos em lume brando e sempre a mexer para não queimar. Depois acrescentem água a ferver a polpa de tomate. Quando estiver tudo quase cozido, juntem a massa, o chouriço (eu não usei) e a couve. Verifiquem os temperos e a água. Quando a massa estiver cozida, está pronto!</span><br />

Let it cook a while and join the rest of the legumes and vegetables, properly washed and sliced in small pieces. Add the beans and seasonings. Cook it for about 8 minutes, low heat, always stiring to avoid burning. Then, add boiling water and the tomato pulp. When everythings is almost cooked, add the noodles, the chourizo (I didn't use it) and the cabbage. Check the seasonings and water. When the noodles are cooked, it's ready!</span><br />

Contudo tenham cuidado pois em excesso as proteínas transformam-se em gordura que se armazena no corpo; esta gordura, pode vir a produzir mais tarde calor e energia, caso necessário.</span></div>

A courgett deve ser fatiada no comprimento, temperada com algumas pedras de sal, e ir ao forno cerca de meia hora, depois de assada, cortar aos cubos bem pequenos. Levem a cebola roxa a refogar em azeite, acrescentem o alho, a courgett e uma colher de chá de coentros secos, mais outra c. chá de pimenta preta, mais outra c. chá de gengibre em pó. Deixem apurar em lume brando e depois acrescentem o risotto, envolvam e acrescentem água a ferver, de modo a ficar 2 dedos acima do arroz. Deixem a cozinhar.</span><br />

Apura mais, e no fim juntem salsa picada. </span><br />

<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Partir as bolachas em pedaços pequenos, mas não as triturem muito pois depois não fica crocante!</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">I cracked the cookies into small pieces, but don't smash it too hard, otherwise it won't be crunchy!</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Boil the milk and the cacau in a pot.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">In another pot, boil the butter and sugar.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Join to the cracked cookies, in a large bowl (<span style="background-color: white;">preferentially), the milk and melted chocolat.</span></span></div>
